The WSAA Board had the hard task of deciding a winner from three inspiring pitches from Karina, Michael Nolan (Icon Water) and Bec Rai (Goulburn Valley Water).
The Board decided that Karina’s pitch “Just add water” was the winner. Karina’s project is about connecting people studying mathematics at university to the water industry and will include providing resources to students and teachers to demonstrate how you can use mathematics in the water industry. Congratulations Karina!
To our Young Utility Leaders for 2020/21, Karina, Michael and Bec - we acknowledge completing the program during COVID-19 has been challenging and we are so proud of what you have achieved in this time and look forward to you continuing your involvement with WSAA!
