The SCADA Guideline, together with a water agency supplement and other reference documents, sets an agency’s requirements for SCADA systems and products supplied by SCADA vendors and system integrators. The guideline covers planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations, maintenance and disposal of SCADA assets.
