WSA TN 10 was originally published on 29 October 2021. The intent of the document was to allow lead free copper alloys to be utilised in products whilst maintaining product certification. There have been some developments in relation to the specification of copper alloys in water industry products since then which has prompted a revision to WSA TN 10.

A revision to WSA TN 10 has now been finalised to widen the scope for acceptable copper alloys, based on performance criteria. The document is intended to offer guidance to Conformity Assessment Bodies (CAB’s) until the relevant product Standards can be amended.
