The Queensland Government sought comment on Queensland’s Water Sector: A 30 Year Strategy.
WSAA congratulates the Queensland Government for developing a 30 year strategy Queensland’s water sector. The challenges for the future may be less obvious than those posed by the drought,but they are no less complex. A clear vision and strategy is essential if the sector is to realise its full potential in creating liveable communities and regional prosperity. This submission is based on the members vision for the industry 'Customer driven, enriching life' and considers customer value, regulatory reform, skills for urban water services and regional reform.
