The Water Quality and Health Network's recent meeting brought together 50 practitioners from 25 different water utilities, from across the country, hosted by Tweed Heads Shire Council, over two and a half days. The meeting aimed at tackling the pressing challenges of water management in an era marked by climate change and evolving regulatory landscapes. The event served as a platform for WSAA members to share insights, explore new ideas, and strengthen collaborations.
The recent CCEE Meeting by WSAA in Hobart brought together over 20 carbon energy adaptation professionals to share key interventions to reduce emissions, adapting to climate change and enhance environmental outcomes.

The People and Capability Committee (PCC) have recently discussed key priority areas to drive a step change improvement in health and safety. In response to the recent Health and Safety Benchmarking Project results and learnings from associated Leading Practices Workshops, a concentration on Fatal Risk was identified as the key industry priority.
