We will provide the opportunity for industry leaders to share their insights on how we can set ambitious targets, collaborate across the industry, and drive innovative solutions to create a truly sustainable and thriving future. This session will consider how the cost of living crisis is seeing customers accessing support for the first time and the new ways water utilities are identifying and engaging with customers. The session will include an overview of the innovative One Stop One Story (OSOS) Hub as well as case studies from water utilities. Speakers include:

- Manisha Kothari (City of San Francisco, ran a direct potable reuse demonstration which has led to alternative water source planning initiatives)(virtual)
- Ryan Yuen, PUB Singapore (NEWater is a global leader in water treatment and their community engagement campaign model was echoed worldwide.
