This appraisal is for a range of PN16 stainless steel repair and tapped off-take clamps in sizes DN 80 to DN 450.
All clamps are Type R except for DN 100 (121-131) and DN 150 (121-131) where a positive stop is included to enable a full circle design. These clamps are designated as Type F&R.
The Type R clamps are suitable for application to rigid pipes including ductile and cast iron, copper, reinforced concrete and asbestos cement. The Type F&R clamps are suitable for Series 2 PVC-O, PVC-M and PVC-U as well as the rigid pipes.
