This appraisal is for a range of Uniclamp ductile iron flanged off-take clamps for PE pipes in sizes DN 125 and DN 180 with DN 80, DN 100 and DN 150 flanged off-takes.
This Issue 3 is a replacement for the previous version of the appraisal which had reached its 5-year expiry date.
The Uniclamp off-take clamps consist of two polymeric coated ductile iron halves bolted together with Grade 316 stainless steel fasteners. The circumferential elastomeric seal is manufactured from Nitrile rubber. The clamps are full circle design and rated as PN16. The flanges comply with AS/NZS 4087 PN 16 Figure B5.
