This Appraisal is for a range of polymeric coated ductile iron fittings. This Issue 3 is to add additional fittings to the range.
The current range includes bends, tees, tapers and connectors in sizes from DN 80 to DN 300 with various socket, flange and spigot configurations as follows:
- DN 100 and DN 150 PN35 all-socketted fittings with wall thicknesses determined by the computational method.
- DN 80, DN 100 and DN 150 PN16 fittings incorporating a flange with wall thicknesses complying with the minimum specified in AS/NZS 2280:2020 for PN16.
- DN 200, DN 250 and DN 300 PN 16 fittings incorporating a flange with wall thicknesses complying with the minimum specified in AS/NZS 2280:2020 for PN35.
The elastomeric seal joints are TYTON JOINT brand. Flanges comply with AS/NZS 4087 PN16 Figure B5.
