This Appraisal is for a range of PVC-U Series 1 pipes with solvent cement joints suitable for water supply and pressure sewer applications
The Series 1 PVC-U pipes are available in sizes from DN 15 to DN 375 with pressure classifications from PN6 to PN18. Pipes are supplied in 6m lengths.
Colours for Series 1 pipe are white for drinking water, purple for non-drinking water and cream for pressure sewer applications.
The outside diameters of the Series 1 PVC-U pipes are “metric” and are not compatible with ductile iron pipe outside diameters.
