This Appraisal is for a range of polypropylene structured wall pipes for non-pressure gravity sewer applications.
This Appraisal replaces the lapsed Product Appraisal PA0305 and includes SewerMAX+ pipes, a recent addition to the range.
The range includes the following:
- SewerMAX® SN10 polypropylene structured wall pipes with spigot and socket elastomeric joints in sizes DN 225, DN 300, DN 375, DN 450, DN 525 and DN 600. SewerMAX pipes are available in 3 metre nominal lengths with a grey corrugated outer wall and smooth yellow inner bore.
- SewerMAX+® SN20 polypropylene structured wall pipes with spigot and socket elastomeric joints in sizes DN 225, DN 300, DN 375, DN 450 and DN 525. SewerMAX+ pipes are available in 3 metre lengths with a grey corrugated outer wall and a smooth light green inner bore.
The introduction of SewerMAX+ SN20 pipe complements the well proven SewerMAX SN10 pipe to provide additional options and flexibility in design and installation for gravity sewer applications. The higher stiffness of SewerMAX+ pipe allows deeper installations or higher safety factors for improved structural performance.
The pipes may be used in open cut installations and in certain trenchless installations such as horizontal boring or slip lining.
