This Appraisal is for a range of Hawle System 2000 ductile iron polymeric coated fittings with restrained joints for PE pipe.
The PN16 fittings include couplers, flanged adaptors, bends and end caps in sizes DN 100 to DN 355.
The mechanical restrained joint consists of an EPDM elastomeric lip seal and copper alloy gripper ring, which is secured by bolting a DI locking ring to the body of the fitting using Grade 316 fasteners.
Flanges incorporated on the fittings are compatible with AS4087 Fig B5 (PN16).
