Product and Material Information and Guidance - WSA 03-2011 Water Supply Code of Australia Version 3.1

This document contains information on the principal pipeline system attributes and some details of ancillary products used in the construction of water supply networks and referenced in Water Supply Code of Australia WSA 03. It outlines aspects such as product specifications, product descriptions and classifications, joint types, water industry experience and recommendations on use. It does not provide instructions on life expectancy for pipeline systems as this is dependent upon design, manufacture, transport, handling, installation, operation, protection from third party damage and other external factors. However, the pipe materials described in this document are expected to provide a service life in excess of 100 years.
