The Customer Support Better Practice Framework is designed to help water corporations evolve, improve and strengthen their support programs for customers that are struggling to pay their water bill.

We recognise there are other reasons why people may struggle with circumstances so the intention is to evolve this Better Practice framework over time to further improve the services we offer.  Our aim is to help achieve a consistent approach across the water sector to how we individually and collectively support customers experiencing financial difficulty.
