Goulburn-Murray Water's Peer Support Network has been established to provide staff with an avenue for support beyond the counselling service provider. Its purpose is to provide employees with objective and ongoing support and from trained peers who have similar roles and/or experiences.

 

This case study supports the water industry mental health framework.
