Excellence in asset management that delivers enhanced customer value.

Registrations of Interest are now open for the Water Services Association of Australia (WSAA) Asset Management Customer Value (AMCV) 2020 project.

AMCV 2020 builds on previous benchmarking asset management activities and focuses on international excellence, identifying leading best practices to enhance business and customer value. The project has been updated from 2016 by:

  • moving to an internationally accepted question set (the GFMAM 39 subjects);
  • integration of the tableau reporting tool used in Efficiency Benchmarking;
  • and timely production of tailored improvement reports for each utility.

AMCV 2020 will take less time to complete, outputs will be easy to interrogate and outcomes will have greater short and long term relevance. In addition, utilities can choose the consultant representative who assesses your utility and produces the tailored improvement report so that the onsite review of information will be developed through targeted expertise from the consultant.

Expression of Interest is due by 5:00PM  on 6 February 2020.  Please address your response or any questions about the Expression of Interest or the AMCV 2020 project to James Goode, Asset Management Program Co-ordinator on 0434 609 618 or james.goode@wsaa.asn.au.
