This month Sue Murphy finishes up as the CEO of Water Corporation after a decade. Sue has been an inspiring and respected leader both here and overseas, and we will miss her insights, guidance and humour. In this video Sue talks about what she sees as the two main challenges for water utilities to get to grips with.
We spoke to Sue at the WSAA Water Utility Chairs and MDs Symposium (Sydney, 7 August 2018). The Symposium brought together WSAA member Chairs and MDs to discuss water's contribution to liveable communities and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, customer centricity, strategic challenges, emerging governance issues and global trends.
