Water utilities can now filter, interrogate, and explore their asset management data to provide insights into their strengths and weaknesses.
As part of WSAA’s program to make information from our benchmarking programs more accessible and useful to our members, data from the Asset Management Customer Value 2020 project has been made available to project participants on Tableau, a data analytics tool.
Using Tableau the AMCV 2020 utility data can be compared to others in the industry or against utility targets for asset management. The database also allows participants to drill down into particular areas of concern to explore in more detail.

The database also include a simple analytical chart which ranks the subjects of the highest priority based on some simple criteria.
