This Appraisal is for a range of SIMONA PE100 moulded spigot fittings suitable for use with PE pipes manufactured in accordance with AS/NZS 4130 Polyethylene (PE) pipes for pressure applications. This Issue 2 is to include some additional fittings in the range. The report has also been reviewed and updated to enable the expiry date to be extended for an additional five years.
The SIMONA range includes SDR 11 (PN 16) and SDR 17 (PN10) bends, tees, end caps, reducers, stub flanges and full-face flanges in sizes from DN 25 to DN 1200 with long spigots (suitable for electrofusion or butt welding) or short spigots (suitable only for butt welding).
