This Appraisal is for a range of Derwent ductile iron couplings and flange adaptors in sizes from DN 63 to DN 315 with restrained flexible mechanical joints for PE pipe.

The joint consists of an EPDM elastomeric seal and gunmetal gripper ring, which is secured by a bolted gland. The maximum allowable joint deflection is 3 degrees.

The couplings and flange adaptors are rated as PN16.
