This appraisal is for a range of PN16 ductile iron fittings in sizes DN 80 to DN 375. This Issue 5 is to include details of pre-tapped connectors that comply with the additional requirements of AS/NZS 2280:2020 Amdt 1:2021.
Daemco fittings are fully coated and lined with thermal-bonded polymeric coatings.
Sockets are T-type using EPDM elastomeric seals for jointing to DI and Series 2 PVC pipes or transition lip seals in sizes from DN 100 to DN 300 for jointing to Series 1 PVC pipe.
All flanges comply with AS/NZS 4087 Figure B5 PN16. DN 80 to DN 200 flanges adopt alternative shapes in accordance with AS/NZS 4087.
