This appraisal covers DN 80 to DN 750 AVK resilient seated gate valves. This Issue 9 is to include DN 80/90, DN 150/180 and DN 300/315 RSVs with integral PE tail ends and to clarify that the DN 80 to DN 300 RSVs with lead free components are manufactured at the AVK Anhui facility.
Configurations include:
Flange – Flange: DN 80 – DN 750 (including an option in sizes DN 80 to DN 300 with lead-free copper alloy thrust collars and gate nuts manufactured at AVK Anhui)
Socket – Socket: DN 80 – DN 375 (including an option in sizes DN 80 to DN 300 with lead-free copper alloy thrust collars and gate nuts manufactured at AVK Anhui)
Spigot – Spigot: DN 80 – DN 300
Flange – Socket: DN 80 – DN 150
Integral PE Tail Ends: DN 80/90, DN 150/180 and DN 300/315
Flange – Flange with integral bypass: DN 450 – DN 750
Flange – Flange OS&Y: DN 80 – DN 300
The RSVs are rated as PN 16 and are available with either clockwise or anti-clockwise closing directions. Operation can be by key, hand wheel or gearbox.
