This appraisal is for a range of AVK metal seated gate valves with the following configurations and sizes with clockwise or anticlockwise closing: Flanged: PN16 DN 80 to DN 900, Flanged: PN35 DN 80 to DN 600, Flanged with integral bypass: PN16 DN 375 to DN 900, Flanged with integral bypass: PN35 DN 375 to DN 600 . This Issue 3 is to include DN 750 and DN 900 PN16 and DN 375 to DN 600 PN35 valves.
The range of metal seated gate valves is manufactured at AVK Anhui in China in accordance with AS/NZS 2638.1 Gate valves for waterworks purposes Part 1 Metal seated.
Operation can be by key, hand wheel or gearbox.
Flanges comply with AS/NZS 4087 Figure B5 for PN16 or Figure B6 for PN35.
