This appraisal is for a range of PIPE KING PVC-U DWV pipes and fittings and a DN 100 Reflux Valve. This Issue 3 is a replacement for the previous version of the appraisal which had reached its 5-year expiry date.

The products covered by this Appraisal are:

  • Foam core sandwich construction solvent cement joint (SCJ) PVC DWV pipes in sizes DN 100, DN 150, DN 225 and DN 300 with minimum SN10 stiffness rating for DN 100 and SN8 stiffness rating for larger sizes. Pipes are available with 3m or 6m lengths depending on size.
  • Foam core sandwich construction rubber ring joint (RRJ) PVC DWV pipes in sizes DN 150 and DN 225 with minimum SN8 stiffness rating. Pipes are available with 3m lengths.
  • Injection moulded plain wall PVC DWV fittings for solvent cement jointing in sizes DN 100 and DN 150. The minimum wall thickness of the fittings is in compliance with AS/NZS 1260 which advises that the fittings are suitable for use in systems using pipes up to SN16.
  • Injection moulded DN 100 Reflux Valves with solvent cement jointing.
