This Appraisal is for Series 1 PE100 plain walled polyethylene pipes for drinking water, non-drinking water and sewerage in sizes from DN 16 to DN 315 and pressure classifications from PN4 to PN25.
This Issue 7 is a replacement for the previous version of the appraisal which had reached its 5-year expiry date.
The pipes for water supply are black with blue stripes or jackets, pipes for recycled water are black with purple stripes or jackets, pipes for pressure sewerage are black with cream stripes or jackets and for gravity sewerage are solid black or black with grey stripes or jackets.
ACP pipes may be provided in lengths up to 20 metres and are available in coils for sizes up to DN 140.
